Jordan Sanchez, CEO
Raised in the heart of Winters, Texas, Jordan grew up in the aisles of his family’s hardware and auto parts stores—businesses woven into the fabric of the community for generations. By age five, he wasn’t just tagging along—he was sweeping floors, listening, learning, and absorbing the values that built those businesses: honesty, integrity & hard work. He applies those life skills to all areas of his life today, including fatherhood, as he helps raise his three beautiful children-Rylee, Madilyn, & Myles.
That early immersion sparked a lifelong dream—to carve his own path as an entrepreneur. Today, Jordan is doing just that through his latest venture, SANCO, where tradition meets innovation in the world of real estate and home services.
