Ricky Ortiz of Winters, Texas, brings over 15 years of comprehensive construction experience to SANCO. Beginning his career at the age of 18 as a carpet installer, he has progressively honed a diverse skill set, evolving into a versatile contractor with a specialization in custom tile work. Ricky has the expertise and knowledge to complete any task with professionalism and skill.

Ricky and his wife of 24 years, Lori, have raised a wonderful family of three children, all of whom reside in Winters. Their extended family includes a bonus son and two grandsons who live in Eastland, with whom they cherish spending quality time whenever possible.

Both Ricky and Lori are active and respected members of the Winters community. Ricky contributes as a volunteer firefighter and youth softball coach, while they both participate actively at Living Water Church of God. In his leisure time, Ricky enjoys barbecuing, fishing, and fostering meaningful moments with family and friends.

Outside of work, Samantha is a proud mom to two daughters, Presley (11) and Anniston (5), who inspire her every day to lead with purpose and balance.
